Bylaws

Bylaws are the official rules and regulations that govern the Roundtable’s management. They articulate how Roundtable business will be conducted, and include articles outlining the organization’s Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), offices/elections, staff support, meetings, subcommittees, funding/budget and business conduct. The Roundtable’s current bylaws were adopted at the July 6, 2005 regular meeting, and amended at the February 4, 2015 regular meeting by a majority of the members present.
